The Carriage House echoes the style of the Reception building in its architecture. It features many luxurious amenities including whirlpool, fireplace, TV/VCR, stereo, full kitchen, and custom-designed furniture.
The Reception building and the Carriage House are connected by an outdoor deck, and the Carriage House also has a private entrance from Columbia Street allowing access to it at any time.

The Barn
Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Ithaca, this spectacular space is an ideal getaway. Designed by a Cornell trained architect, this solar powered space features unbeatable views, a soaking tub, original artwork, modern kitchen, and fireplaces. The outdoor space features dining areas and sun loungers. The Barn is about a 10 minute drive to beautiful state parks, gorges, waterfalls, and wineries.
The space
The barn offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and large patio with breathtaking views.
Parking for multiple cars is steps from the front door.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house except the garage.

The Barn is located about 4 miles south of Ithaca, a 6 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

Two night minimum
Accommodations in The Barn do not include daily breakfast or housekeeping. The kitchen will be stocked with continental breakfast for the first morning.
